Bryan arrived at the time we were given (only a 60 minute window, yea!) and he changed the filters, tested the water softener and was gone within 20 minutes. I’m very impressed with the way my appointment was handled and hope to see Bryan in two years 😎

Bryan is very knowledgeable and efficient in servicing Kinetico systems. He explains what needs to be done and answers all questions. He goes above and beyond in his service. I have had the Kinetico water softener system and the reverse osmosis system for 10 years and have only needed regular maintenance. It is an excellent system.
