Great product and the service tech, Bryan, is very knowledgeable and friendly. He arrived on time and did a great job. He made sure to leave no water anywhere after replacing the drinking water system (K5) filters or after replacing the media in the chlorine and chemical reduction tank. Kinetico is worth the investment.
